The paper should be a maximum of 16 pages long including references, tables and figures.
Please send your paper submission in PDF format (Portable Document Format by Adobe Systems,
ISO 32000-1:2008). The documents should be named clearly with author, title, date and with the file
extension pdf. The following format is mandatory:
author_title_date.pdf
Where
author: last name
title: full title of paper
date: YYYYMMDD, where YYYY=year, MM=month, DD=day, example: 20081126
All spaces are to be replaced with underscore ‘_’
Example: demant_youthful_drinking_with_a_purpose_20081126.pdf
Notice: Please keep the document name to less than 64 characters long. If your paper title is longer
please shorten it, but keep the full date in the name.
