All payments are made in Danish Kroner DKK and the equivalent amount in Euro is mentioned in a parenthesis.

All fees regarding the transaction must be paid by the participant.
On the registration site you will only be charged for the registration fee and sightseeing tours if chosen.
The payment for your hotel will be settled directly with the hotel upon check in / check out.
You will not pay for the hotel on the registration site.
The information asked for at the registration site is only to guarantee the reservation at the hotel.

The conference venue is located in the old city center of Copenhagen.
The two nearest hotels are Hotel Ibsen and Hotel King Arthur.
They are located within 5 minutes’ walking distance of the venue.
Cab Inn Scandinavia is a 15 minutes walk from the venue.
Cab Inn City is close to the Central railway station and three stops on the S-train from the venue.
All prices are including VAT, taxes and breakfast.
